Our Simply Raised Pork

Premier Pork hogs are raised on family farms in a low stress and humane environment. We start with premium genetics to yield juicy flavorful pork that is all natural mouth watering with a rich flavor and all vegetarian feed (barley, wheat, peas, etc.).

Premier Pork supplies the highest quality meat that is uniform and consistent in size and appearance. All pork leaving our facility has traceability back to our grower.

Our growers’ biosecurity practices prevent and control the spread of disease on their farms. The biosecurity measures are very effective and have allowed Premier Pork to consistently and constantly supply high quality meats, without interruption. 

Premier Pork pigs are born and fed on the same farm with lots of personal care. No artificial insemination or hormones or feed additives are used. We feed our pigs with an all vegetarian feed (barley, wheat, peas, etc.). We practice a farm to fork HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) food safety program that is verified by a licensed veterinarian. None of the pigs leave the farm until they are ready for humane processing under the USDA supervision. The growing and humane processing is compliant with good manufacturing practice.
